Visibility tracking & reports

Every mention, remembered.

Your chamber already promotes its members — in newsletters, on Facebook, at events. TownSpark collects those moments automatically and turns them into a year-end Visibility Report for every member.

Where mentions come from

Four sources, all authorized by your chamber. One-time setup, then collection runs on its own.

Your newsletters

Send or forward your member newsletter to TownSpark and member features are identified automatically.

Your Facebook Page

A read-only connection through the official API spots member mentions in your public posts. TownSpark cannot post, comment, edit, message, or delete — ever.

Spotlight & directory activity

Page views and directory appearances for every member are tracked natively — no setup at all.

Records you provide

Ribbon cuttings, event sponsorships, Business After Hours — add them from your own records whenever you like.

Your staff stays in charge

Collected mentions land in a private dashboard, not in a member's inbox. Staff can review, correct, or remove anything before it's reported. Think of TownSpark as the diligent assistant who kept the clippings file — your team still decides what goes in the envelope.

The report that changes renewal season

Each member's Visibility Report gathers their year of promotion in one place: newsletter features, Facebook mentions, Spotlight Page views, directory appearances, and event exposure.

Delivered ahead of renewal, it answers the question every chamber dreads — "What did I get for my dues?" — before it's asked.

Trustworthy by design

Authorized only

Every source is connected by your chamber, deliberately. Nothing is scraped behind your back.

Read-only by design

TownSpark can look, not touch. It has no ability to publish, edit, comment, message, or delete on any connected channel.

You review before it reports

Collected mentions sit in a private dashboard where staff can confirm or correct them. Nothing reaches a member report unreviewed.

Disconnect anytime

Every integration can be turned off by the chamber, immediately, without asking us.

Visibility questions

Does my staff have to log mentions all year?+

No — that's the point. Newsletters, Facebook, and Spotlight activity are collected automatically after a one-time setup. Staff can add event records when they want, and review everything before reports go out.

What if the tracking gets something wrong?+

Potential mentions appear in a private review dashboard first. Staff can correct or remove anything before it appears in a member-facing report.

Can TownSpark post to our Facebook Page?+

No. The connection is read-only through the official API. It cannot publish, edit, comment, message, or delete anything.

When do members see their reports?+

Year-end, timed to your renewal cycle — so every renewal letter can go out alongside the record of what membership delivered.

What about members who got little promotion this year?+

That turns the report into a planning tool: spot under-promoted members in the dashboard and close the gap before renewal.

Give your renewal letters receipts.
