Every Spotlight is free to members. When a business chooses to upgrade its page — more content, its own domain, lead capture — your chamber shares in that revenue. Non-dues revenue, built into the platform.

What does "starts at" mean?+
Listed prices cover chambers with up to roughly 400 members. Larger chambers pay a size-adjusted rate — request a demo and we'll quote it in one email.
What is the launch fee for?+
The one-time launch covers the real setup work: importing your roster, generating Spotlights for every member, setting up your directory, and connecting your channels. After launch, the annual plan covers everything ongoing.
Do our members pay anything?+
No. Every member gets their Spotlight Page free as a benefit of chamber membership. If a member later chooses to upgrade their page, that's optional — and your chamber shares in that revenue.
Is there a contract?+
Plans are annual. There's no multi-year lock-in — TownSpark has to earn the renewal, same as you do with your members.
What happens to our data if we don't renew?+
It's yours. We provide a full export of your member list and profile content on request.
