Data-deletion instructions

You can revoke TownSpark’s Facebook access immediately and request deletion of the information TownSpark has stored.

Remove Facebook access

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations.
  3. Find TownSpark and choose Remove.

Removing the integration stops TownSpark from retrieving new Facebook data. It does not automatically delete content already imported into TownSpark.

Request deletion from TownSpark

Email ryan@hallpassdigital.com with the subject “TownSpark data deletion request.” Include your name, chamber or organization, work email address, and whether you want the Facebook connection only or all chamber visibility data deleted.

We will verify that you are authorized to act for the chamber, confirm the scope with you, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is complete.

What deletion covers

Depending on the requested scope, deletion includes encrypted Facebook access tokens, Page connection identifiers, imported Page posts and insights, newsletter source content, derived member mentions, and related review records. Limited audit records may be retained when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
